As part of our special congratulations package, we provide free delivery within a 50-mile radius, ensuring your new vehicle arrives right at your doorstep without any extra cost. It’s our way of saying thank you and making your purchase as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
How are delivery charges calculated for locations beyond 50 miles?
In the meantime, all deliveries beyond the 50-mile free range will be handled by a trusted local delivery company. For distances over 50 miles, a charge of £2 per mile will apply, calculated from the 50-mile mark to the customer’s location. This ensures a reliable and efficient delivery service no matter where you are located
We accept bank transfer, debit card, and finance arrangements. For your security, we do not accept cash payments over £10,000. Full payment is required before collection or delivery of your vehicle.
Once you’ve chosen your vehicle and agreed on price, the process typically takes 1-3 working days. This includes paperwork, payment processing, final preparation, and arranging collection or delivery. Finance applications may take longer depending on lender approval times.

Yes, we offer Warrantywise extended warranty options on all vehicles. Plans are tailored to your car’s age and mileage, covering major mechanical and electrical components. See our warranty page for full details.
Warrantywise covers major mechanical and electrical components including engine, gearbox, transmission, turbocharger, fuel injection, cooling system, steering, braking system, and electrical circuits. Both parts and labour costs are included for approved repairs up to your vehicle’s retail value.
Coverage begins 30 days or 500 miles after your warranty plan starts, whichever comes first. This waiting period applies to premature failure claims. Emergency breakdown assistance is available immediately from day one.
Take your vehicle to any VAT-registered garage for diagnosis. The garage will submit an assessment form to Warrantywise for review. Once approved, Warrantywise issues authorization and a repair number, then the work can begin. You must report any faults within 7 days of discovery.
Yes, you’ll initially pay for diagnostic costs at the garage. However, if the claim is approved by Warrantywise, reasonable diagnostic fees may be reimbursed as part of the claim. Always get authorization before proceeding with repairs.
Yes, you can use any VAT-registered garage in the UK for warranty repairs. Warrantywise has a nationwide network of approved repairers, but you’re free to choose where your vehicle is serviced, as long as they’re VAT-registered.
Routine servicing and maintenance, wear and tear items (tyres, brake pads, clutch, batteries, wiper blades), cosmetic damage, modifications, pre-existing faults, and damage from accidents or misuse are not covered. Full exclusions are listed in your warranty terms.
Car finance lets you spread the cost of your vehicle over fixed monthly payments instead of paying the full amount upfront. You choose your deposit amount and loan term (typically 12-60 months), then make regular payments until the balance is cleared. Once approved, we handle the paperwork and you can drive away in your chosen car. Subject to status and affordability checks.
No. Our initial eligibility check uses a soft search that won’t impact your credit score or appear on your credit file. You can see your likely approval odds and estimated rates without any commitment. Only the final application, if you decide to proceed, involves a full credit check.
